Cialis Professional is a drug used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. It belongs to reversible selective inhibitors of specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) of cGMP. When sexual arousal causes local release of nitric oxide, inhibition of PDE5 by tadalafil leads to increased levels of cGMP in the cavernous body of the penis.
